West Town New Construction

Chicago, ILLINOIS

Project Scope: New construction through full home furnishing selections

Designed for a busy young family, this new construction home in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood balances modern sophistication with warmth and comfort. A warm, neutral palette creates a fresh and inviting foundation, while layers of rich textures, thoughtful contrasts, and carefully curated furnishings bring depth and character to each space. Throughout the home, the clients’ personal collection of art and antiques takes center stage, adding personality and a sense of history while creating a beautiful backdrop for this next chapter of their lives.
