  • Procurement and Operations Assistant

    Position Overview:
    We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Operations Assistant to support our Studio Operations Manager and design team. This role keeps our studio running smoothly by managing scheduling, procurement tasks, vendor coordination, and daily studio operations.
    This is an in-office position, and candidates must have a car for occasional errands and job site visits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the studio calendar and scheduling.

    • Assist with procurement tasks, including collecting pricing, creating purchase orders, tracking orders, and coordinating deliveries.

    • Communicate with vendors, warehouses, and installers to support logistics.

    • Keep the studio organized, stocked, and client-ready.

    • Prepare the studio for client meetings and assist with hospitality (snacks, setup, gifts).

    • Support project and administrative tasks such as documentation updates, onboarding clients, ordering samples, and checking in packages.

    • Help with light financial and data-entry tasks as needed.

    Job Requirements:

    • 1–3 years of administrative, operations, or procurement experience (interior design industry a plus but not required).

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

    • Strong communication skills and comfort managing multiple tasks.

    • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (Google Workspace preferred).

    • A positive, collaborative attitude.

    • Must have a car.

    • Available in-office; full-time or part-time (shortened daily hours) considered for the right candidate.

  • Interior Design Intern

    Position Overview:
    We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative design intern to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and assist with a variety of tasks across residential FF&E selections as well as renovation and new construction projects. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and exposure to the full spectrum of the design process. Ideal characteristics for this position include a strong desire to learn, good communication skills, the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for design. The intern will work closely with the designer team and contribute to project tasks, offering an opportunity to develop skills in both design and project management.

    • Job Requirements:

      • Degree in Interior Design or a related field.

      • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Keynote, and Pages.

      • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
