  • Interior Design Intern

    Position Overview:
    We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative design intern to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and assist with a variety of tasks across residential FF&E selections as well as renovation and new construction projects. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and exposure to the full spectrum of the design process. Ideal characteristics for this position include a strong desire to learn, good communication skills, the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for design. The intern will work closely with the designer team and contribute to project tasks, offering an opportunity to develop skills in both design and project management.

    • Job Requirements:

      • Degree in Interior Design or a related field.

      • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Keynote, and Pages.

      • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

  • Interior Design Assistant

    Position Overview:
    We are looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Design Assistant with 1–3 years of experience at a residential interior design firm.

    The ideal candidate will have a background in both residential FF&E and construction projects, along with a strong skill set for supporting project logistics from start to finish. Key qualities for this role include adaptability, clear and professional communication, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the creation of detailed design presentations—including floor plans, elevations, concept boards, and material selections—that reflect the firm’s aesthetic and standards.

    • Support design projects from concept through completion, contributing to all phases of the process with a high level of creativity and precision.

    • Collaborate closely with the team, embracing a team-oriented approach throughout the design process.

    • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure seamless execution of the firm’s signature design process.

    • Manage the pricing and procurement process, including obtaining quotes, entering and reviewing proposals, submitting orders, reviewing shop drawings, and tracking deliveries.

    • Serve as a point of contact for vendor communication and maintain strong, professional vendor relationships.

    • Maintain and update vendor accounts and records as needed.

    • Organize and maintain samples library and client materials.

    • Manage calendar entry, client scheduling and client meeting set up.

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in Interior Design or a related field.

    • 1-3+ years of experience working at a luxury residential interior design firm.

    • Experience with residential FF&E specification, renovation and new construction projects.

    • Experience working with vendors to collecting pricing on project specifications.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Keynote, and Pages.

    • Experience using Studio Designer is a plus.

    • Valid driver’s license and consistent access to a vehicle.
